Normally a major tourist attraction in the summer, Place Jacques-Cartier seemed like a ghost town last night, as rain fell over the city. Temperature was also on the chilly side, scaring away locals and tourists alike.

Still, the area is a must see on a warm spring or summer night in Montreal, as it is usually filled with artists who are eager to showcase their work.
